Over 1,400,000 Americans have Lupus, a chronic auto-immune disease that causes the body to reject its own cells. Every year, 16,000 new cases are diagnosed. Every year, over 5,000 people die. We know of no cause. We have no cure. PLEASE HELP.

The Lupus Foundation of America is a non-profit organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please make your check payable to the LFA, Inc. - Southeast Florida Chapter.

Keep up to date with email

Do you regularly access your email? If so, you can help the Foundation! Over the past year, many of our members have allowed staff to contact them via email. This has significantly decreased our printing and postage expenses. There are certain things that we will ALWAYS send by postal mail such as LFA's national magazine, Lupus Now.

However, there are so many more things that we can send by email. This allows us not only to save on expenses, but also to update you about upcoming educational programs, fundraising events, advocacy programs, new research and so much more.
